What Would My Gun Shoot At?? A comprehensive fps conversion chart.

What would my FPS be??

We get a lot of calls and questions about FPS conversions between bb weights, so we went back to our high school math knowledge for you and calculated the general conversions! Now you can see what your FPS would be if you're going from 0.12g to 0.20g, etc. That being said- these calculations are based on the manufacturer's listed FPS limit on your gun and should not be taken as a guarantee for what your gun will actually shoot. If there is anything we've learned selling equipment over the last several years, its that manufacturers tend to list an averaged FPS and not the ACTUAL FPS that each individual batch is coming off the line at. (Example: Our G&G CM16 Raiders. Manufacturer says 335fps. Batch we receive in January may chrono at 340, batch in March is 355, batch in April is 325, etc etc.) So while your gun may say an FPS on the box, keep in mind to give it a clearance of 15fps over/under. If you want to be absolutely sure- have our staff chrono it for you.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Regardless of what your gun would shoot at with heavier bbs - we still require guns to shoot at or below 330fps with 0.20g house bbs to use in our arena locations.

We have created the chart below with the most general bb weights.
